Job summary

Trans Mountain Corporation is seeking a Training Co-op Student for a 12-month term to assist with LMS administration, eLearning development, and course publishing. The role is based in our Calgary or Edmonton office and reports to the Manager, Training.

You will support LMS records, help Senior eLearning Designers create content, and test courses to ensure quality and compliance. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate training.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in post-secondary education in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Educational Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Digital Media, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Enrollment in your institution's co-op program is a requirement.
• Interest in corporate training, learning technologies, eLearning development, or learning management systems.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records, organize course materials, and support routine administrative tasks.
• Experience with MS Office and willingness to learn new systems and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Learning Management System (LMS) administration, including maintaining training records and updating learner information.
• Support Senior eLearning Designers with creating and updating online training content.
• Test online courses to confirm functionality and publish completed courses to the LMS.
