L’Arche Homefires is seeking a compassionate House Assistant (Live Out) to support core members in a family-like setting in Wolfville, NS. This permanent, full-time position involves a variety of morning/evening shifts within a four-member home and a dedicated team of staff.

You will engage in daily living tasks, community activities, and ongoing training to support growth. The role emphasizes respectful, person-centered care, safety, and participation in shared life, with competitive benefits

Competenze

• Post-secondary education or experience in human services, disability support, or similar is beneficial.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required.
• Able to support daily living activities in a shared living environment.
