• Strong communication skills with family members.
• Respectful of client's independence while ensuring safety.
• Experience with memory care, supervision, and medication management.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision throughout the day and overnight to ensure safety.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Manage medication reminders and assist with administration.
• Perform light housekeeping, cleaning, and laundry.
• Provide transportation for errands and medical appointments.
• Offer memory prompts and gentle redirection as needed.
• Maintain a calm, patient presence and engage positively with the client.
• Communicate clearly and regularly with family members about care updates.
