Job summary

MetCap Living Management Inc. is seeking a Property Operations Associate to support daily operations across Ontario properties. You will inspect life safety systems, coordinate maintenance, and ensure suites are rent-ready while maintaining records and schedules.

You will liaise with residents, respond to service requests, process payments, and coordinate contractors and vendors. The role is on-site with winter maintenance and safety responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential property management or building operations is preferred.
• Strong customer service and resident relations skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to organize, document, and manage multiple tasks and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Daily property operations, inspections, and maintenance coordination.
