• Computer skills in Word, Excel, and email/web required.
• Knowledge of provincial legislation is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain building common areas daily.
• Assist in unit cleaning after move-outs to ensure rent readiness.
• Perform outdoor seasonal cleaning and minor maintenance as needed.
• Manage paperwork, leases, and tenant notices; assist rent collection.
• Support apartment building management and tenant satisfaction.
