Job Summary

Recruit, hire, train, and manage store staff to meet sales goals, control expenses, and safeguard company assets while pursuing growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Achieve and exceed sales and performance targets
2. Recruit, interview, and hire qualified staff
3. Train and develop the sales team
4. Provide coaching, feedback, and enforce company policies
5. Implement company initiatives effectively
6. Manage stock replenishment and communicate needs to relevant departments
7. Conduct monthly performance reviews
8. Identify and develop talented staff for growth
9. Oversee daily store operations and loss prevention
10. Plan staff schedules in line with policies
11. Create a fun, customer-focused shopping experience
12. Resolve customer issues effectively
13. Demonstrate and promote Little Burgundy culture

Requirements

• 1–2 years retail sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment
• Bilingualism (French and English) required in Quebec
• Willingness to learn and complete relevant training
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, including nights and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Must be at least 18 years old
