Responsibilities

• Advising clients on litigation strategy and handling client communications.
• Conducting examinations for discovery and preparing related motions.
• Handling commercial litigation matters, including contract and business disputes.
• Coordinating mediations and arbitrations with opposing counsel.
• Managing trials and preparing for appeals where necessary.
• Working as part of a collegial team within a leading international insurance market firm.
