Sobeys Inc. is hiring a Store Manager for Sobeys Liquor in Alberta. You will lead all facets of the store, communicate our strategic direction, and ensure exceptional customer service and compliance with liquor regulations.

You will coach teams, drive financial performance, and build community connections while upholding Sobeys values. This role demands a people-first leader who can deliver results and maintain a safe, inviting shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in complying with regulatory requirements and procedures.
• Passion for customer service and community involvement.
• 3-5 years in a people leadership role.
• Legal age to sell liquor products.
• Successful completion of high school.

Our Store Managers are responsible for all facets of their operation. Effectively communicating our company’s strategic direction, vision and values to all Liquor store employees is critical to success in this role. Coaching and developing others to provide superior service so that our customers have an exceptional shopping experience will be the key to achieving your stores’ operational objectives.
