Job summary

Otter Co-op is hiring a Part-Time Liquor Store Associate for Angry Otter Liquor at Westgate in Surrey, BC. You will report to the Liquor Store Manager and support daily operations, including sales, stock management, and delivering exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to guests in a courteous, efficient manner.
• Process register transactions, refunds, and returns, activate gift cards.
• Balance register drawer at end of shift according to procedures.
• Stock, face, and rotate products on shelves.
• Receive, check and put away deliveries; keep areas clean and organized.
• Promote sales using product knowledge; assist customers as needed.

Otter Co-op is now accepting applications for a Part-Time Liquor Store Associateat our Angry Otter Liquor @ Westgatelocated in Surrey, BC.

What you’ll do:

Reporting to the Liquor Store Manager, responsibilities for this position include the following:

• Provide excellent customer service to guests in a courteous, efficient manner
• Process register transactions, refunds, and returns, activate gift cards
• Ensure register drawer is balanced at the end of shift following company procedures
• Stock, face, and rotate products on the shelves
• Receive, check, and put away deliveries
• Keep store and storage areas clean and organized
• Utilize product knowledge to promote sales
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Contribute to the Team in living the Corporate Values of Integrity, Community and Excellence

• This position is based out of the WestgateLiquor Store, though it may require on some occasions to travel and work at other locations as business needs arise
