Otter Co-op in Chilliwack, BC is hiring a Part-Time Liquor Store Associate for Angry Otter Liquor at City Gate. You will deliver friendly customer service, process transactions, and help maintain neat shelves.

The role requires a Serving It Right license and WSET 1 within the first year, with a 19+ age requirement and eligibility for evenings and weekends. Flexibility to work at City Gate and potentially other locations as needed is part of the job; competitive wages and perks are offered as

Qualifications

• Liquor retail experience is preferred.
• Serving It Right license is required.
• WSET 1 minimum accreditation is required within the first year of employment.
• Ability to physically lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs and stand for full shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to guests in a courteous, efficient manner
• Process register transactions, refunds, and returns, activate gift cards
• Ensure register drawer is balanced at the end of shift following company procedures
• Stock, face, and rotate products on the shelves
• Receive, check, and put away deliveries
• Keep store and storage areas clean and organized
• Utilize product knowledge to promote sales
• Contribute to the team in living the Corporate Values of Integrity, Community and Excellence
• Perform other duties as assigned

Otter Co-op is now hiring for a Part-Time Liquor Store Associateat our Angry Otter Liquor @ City Gatelocated in Chilliwack, BC.

What you’ll do:
