Otter Co-op in Chilliwack, BC is hiring a Part-Time Liquor Store Associate at our Angry Otter Liquor @ City Gate. You will provide excellent customer service, process transactions, stock shelves and promote products while upholding safety and Community values.

Qualifications include Liquor retail experience preferred, Serving It Right, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Must be over 19 and physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in a courteous, efficient manner.

• Stock, face, and rotate products on shelves; receive deliveries.
• Keep store and storage areas clean and organized.

Otter Co-op is now hiring for a Part-Time Liquor Store Associate at our Angry Otter Liquor @ City Gate located in Chilliwack, BC.

What you’ll do:

• Provide excellent customer service to guests in a courteous, efficient manner
• Process register transactions, refunds, and returns, activate gift cards
• Ensure register drawer is balanced at the end of shift following company procedures
• Stock, face, and rotate products on the shelves
• Receive, check, and put away deliveries
• Keep store and storage areas clean and organized
• Utilize product knowledge to promote sales
• Contribute to the Team in living the Corporate Values of Integrity, Community and Excellence
• Perform other duties as assigned

Who you are:

• MUST have open availability and able to work a variety of shifts that include evenings and weekends
• This position is based out of the City GateLiquor Store, though it may require on some occasions to travel and work at other locations as business needs arise
