Job summary

The Ippolito Group is seeking a Line Operator to help keep production lines running smoothly and efficiently. You will inspect products for quality, communicate production plans, and ensure bags meet standards, while maintaining safety and following setup instructions.

This on-site role offers stable hours on a continental day shift with a $19.26 per hour wage and opportunities to grow skills in a supportive, family‑run environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment; experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, team‑oriented, and safety-focused.
• Ability to work independently and follow production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products for quality and size, making adjustments as needed.
• Communicate with drivers, operators, and staff to follow production plans.
• Inspect bags every 15 minutes for seal, date codes, labels, and quality standards.
• Ensure proper setup of Bosch machines and tubers per production plan.
• Walk the line hourly to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime.
• Monitor chiller temps, tunnel temps, fan speeds, and recipe mixes every two hours.
• Complete startup and shutdown checklists each shift.
• Wear proper PPE and follow safety standards at all times.
• Connect with supervisors to report concerns, changes, or updates.
• Support production quotas and report quality concerns promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager

WHAT YOU’LL DO
