Skyservice Business Aviation in Mississauga, ON is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner with an AME M2 license to coordinate line maintenance activities and ensure compliant aircraft documentation. The role requires five years in aircraft maintenance, strong planning skills, and proficiency with ERP systems such as Quantum.

Qualifications

• Valid Transport Canada AME M2 license.
• Experience planning and coordinating aircraft maintenance.
• Solid understanding of CARs (Canadian Aviation Regulations).
• Ability to work under pressure with strong organizational skills.
• Minimum of five years of related aircraft maintenance experience.
• Maintenance planning skills; experience with Quantum ERP is an asset.
• Positive representation of Skyservice; attention to detail.
• Team oriented with good communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and ensure proper completion of all line maintenance activities on aircraft.
• Ensure aircraft documentation is complete and accurate.
• Prepare work packages for Production and order required parts.
• Coordinate daily maintenance with Production and Flight Operations; provide status reports.
• Adhere to TC regulatory standards via Maintenance Control Manual.
• Work with planner to create scope of work for major inspections.
• Review proposals for heavy maintenance with Manager.
• Review all maintenance related invoices.
• Attend training courses as directed.
• Maintain Safety Management System and a clean work environment.
• All other duties as assigned.
