Job summary

The Maple Leaf, part of Banff Hospitality Collective, is seeking a Food Runner to join our team in Banff. You will help ensure orders are presented properly and delivered promptly to guests, while supporting with bussing and glassware polishing as needed.

Ideal candidates are quick communicators, reliable team players with a positive attitude, and flexible with schedule. No previous front-of-house experience required; training is provided.

• Front-of-house experience is an asset, but we’ll train you.

• Ensure orders are presented properly and delivered in a timely manner to all guests.

Food Runner

Food runners are responsible for making sure orders are presented properly and in a timely manner to all guests. When you are not bussing tables you will be assisting with polishing glasses and cutlery, and other tasks as assigned. This role requires attention to detail, initiative, and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate is quick, a great communicator, and has the ability to be on their feet for a full shift.
