Banff Hospitality Collective Inc. is seeking Line Cooks to join Park, a backcountry lodge-inspired craft distillery in Downtown Banff. You will prepare and cook dishes to standard, support the kitchen team for seamless service, and help maintain cleanliness and organization.

No culinary experience? We’ll train you quickly to cook confidently. Perks include staff housing, tips averaging $4–$7/hr on top of base pay, a subsidized duty meal program, referral bonuses, and discounts across BHC venues.

What You'll Do:

• Preparing and cooking dishes ensuring standards are being met

What You Have:

• No culinary experience? No problem! We'll have you cooking like a pro in no time
• Fast food or culinary experience is an asset
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Attention to detail and consistent quality, even during high volume service
• Strong work ethic and great communication skills
• Passion for the culinary industry, with a drive to learn and grow
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
• Flexible full time availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
