The Eddie! at Banff is a retro diner that blends big personality with Alberta hospitality. Banff Hospitality Collective is seeking a Line Cook to prepare and cook dishes, work with chefs, and maintain a tidy, efficient kitchen in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• No culinary experience? No problem! We'll have you cooking like a pro in no time
• Fast food or previous culinary experience is an asset
• Strong work ethic and great communication skills
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to navigate and work comfortably in a compact, close-quarters kitchen environment

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking dishes, ensuring standards are being met
• Work closely with the Chefs and kitchen team members to ensure a seamless service
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
• Assist with training new team members as required

We're seeking Line Cooks to join us at The Eddie! Eddie Burger is a small retro diner space with a big personality. Pull up a barstool, but get here fast - there's only 45 of them! • Earn up to $30.50/hr in summer (Wage $19.00-$23.50/hr + average tips of $4-$7/hr)
