Job summary

Banff Hospitality Collective is seeking a Line Cook for Park in downtown Banff. You will be preparing and cooking dishes under guidance from the chefs, ensuring quality and consistency during service in a craft distillery-led kitchen environment.

Ideal candidates are flexible for full-time shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Staff housing and a benefits plan are provided after six months, along with growth opportunities across our unique venues in Banff National Park.

Our menu features campfire inspired cuisine & wood-fired rotisserie specialties served alongside our award-winning spirits. We are the ONLY distillery located in a Canadian National Park. What You'll Do:

• Preparing and cooking dishes ensuring standards are being met
• Work closely with the Chefs and kitchen team members to ensure a seamless service
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
• Assist with training new team members as required

What You Have:

• No culinary experience? No problem! We'll have you cooking like a pro in no time
• Fast food or culinary experience is an asset
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Attention to detail and consistent quality, even during high volume service
• Strong work ethic and great communication skills
• Passion for the culinary industry, with a drive to learn and grow
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
• Flexible full time availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
