Job summary

Banff Hospitality Collective is seeking experienced Line Cooks to join our team in Banff. You’ll prepare and cook dishes to our high standards, work closely with chefs, and contribute to a seamless, energetic service in a multi-concept venue environment.

We offer competitive pay from CAD 19.00 to CAD 24.50 per hour plus tips, staff housing, a subsidized duty meal program, generous staff discounts, growth opportunities across our venues, and health benefits after six months.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of culinary experience required.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Attention to detail and consistent quality, even during high volume service.
• Strong work ethic and great communication skills.
• Passion for the culinary industry, with a drive to learn and grow.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Flexible full time availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking dishes, ensuring standards are being met.
• Work closely with the Chefs and kitchen team members to ensure a seamless service.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with training new team members as required.
