Job summary

Banff Hospitality Collective Inc. seeks line cooks to join Park, a backcountry lodge-inspired craft distillery in downtown Banff. You will prepare and cook dishes to high standards, collaborating with chefs to ensure seamless service, and maintain a clean, organized kitchen.

No culinary experience? Training will be provided. Benefits include staff housing, subsidized meals, staff discounts, growth opportunities, and health benefits after six months. Live, work, and play in Banff National Park.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling.
• Fast food or culinary experience is an asset.

What You’ll Do:

• Strong work ethic and great communication skills
• Passion for the culinary industry, with a drive to learn and grow
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
• Flexible full time availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
