Job summary

Banff Hospitality Collective Inc. seeks line cooks to join Park, a backcountry lodge-inspired craft distillery in downtown Banff. You will prepare and cook dishes to high standards, collaborating with chefs to ensure seamless service, and maintain a clean, organized kitchen.

No culinary experience? Training will be provided. Benefits include staff housing, subsidized meals, staff discounts, growth opportunities, and health benefits after six months. Live, work, and play in Banff National Park.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling.
• Fast food or culinary experience is an asset.
• Ability to work under high volume and maintain quality.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking dishes ensuring standards are met.
• Work closely with the Chefs and kitchen team to ensure a seamless service.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with training new team members as required.
