Job summary

Banff Hospitality Collective is seeking Line Cooks to join High Rollers in Banff National Park. You will prepare and cook dishes, work with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service, and help maintain a clean, organized work area.

Enjoy a bustling venue with happy hour specials, live DJs, and opportunities for advancement. Perks include summer wage between $19.00–$23.50/hr plus tips, a summer bonus of $2/hr through Sept 9, 2026, housing, and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• No culinary experience? We'll train you to cook like a pro.
• Fast food or prior culinary experience is an asset.
• Strong work ethic and good communication.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Prepare and cook dishes, ensuring standards are met.
• Work closely with Chefs and kitchen team for a seamless service.

We're seeking Line Cooks to join us at High Rollers! Happy Hour half price bowling is available from 3 to 5pm on weekdays and all day Wednesday. Guests come for the bowling and stay for the food, featuring a value-priced menu served up in a big ol' beer hall. With six ten-pin lanes, three pool tables, big-screen TVs, and 48+ craft beers on tap, there is always something happening.

High Rollers is where guests bring the family or round up the crew. You'll help us pull off incredible celebrations and party packages, perfect for large groups and events. • Earn up to $30.50/hr in summer (Wage $19.00-$23.50/hr + average tips of $4-$7/hr)
