Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking menu items according to established recipes.
• Completing mise en place and daily food preparation.
• Managing portions and maintaining consistency.
• Assisting with plating and food presentation.
• Following food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Properly storing, labeling and rotating ingredients.
• Maintaining a clean, organized and safe workstation.
• Supporting chefs and other kitchen team members.
• Helping maintain smooth kitchen operations during high-volume service.
