Elbow River Casino in Calgary is seeking a part-time Line Cook to join our fast-paced Food & Beverage team. You’ll prepare and execute menu items to standards, support daily kitchen operations, and maintain a clean, organized workstation in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year kitchen or line cook experience preferred.
• Culinary students or learners encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items to established standards.
• Support daily kitchen operations in a busy, team-focused environment.
• Complete daily food safety documentation, including temperature logs and cleaning checklists.
• Maintain an organized and well-stocked workstation.
• Assist with food preparation and staging to ensure smooth service and minimize shortages.
• Follow safe food handling practices and maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team and assist with other duties as required.
