Job summary

Ancora Waterfront Dining & Patio in False Creek seeks a Line Cook with a minimum of 2 years' experience to join our dynamic kitchen team. You will work under pressure, provide consistent preparation and presentation, and learn from top culinary talent using seasonal products.

Applicants must possess FOODSAFE Level 1 certification (Level 2 is an asset) and be available evenings, weekends and holidays. Canadian citizenship or valid work eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' Line Cook experience.
• FOODSAFE Level 1 certification required.
• FOODSAFE Level 2 certification is an asset.
• Must be available evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.

• Ensure consistent food preparation and presentation of the highest caliber
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures, including proper storage, temperature control, and cross-contamination prevention
• Maintain a clean and organized station in line with health and safety standards
