Responsibilities

• Set up station according to guidelines and restock items as needed.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specs.
• Maintain clean, sanitary and organized station at all times.
• Prepare dishes for customers with allergies or intolerances.
• Open and close the station as required and assist with cleaning.
