Job summary

Chez Lionel Kanata, part of Groupe Grandio, is seeking an experienced Line Cook to join a busy, professional kitchen inspired by modern French cuisine. You will own your station, maintain mise en place, and plate dishes to Chez Lionel standards.

This full-time role offers 35–40 hours per week with evening shifts, 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., and a 50% food and beer discount. Growth opportunities within Groupe Grandio accompany a collaborative brigade and a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional kitchen experience.
• Fast, organized and reliable.
• Available for evening shifts Monday through Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and plate dishes to Chez Lionel standards;
• Keep up with the pace during busy services;
• Maintain a clean, organized and efficient station;
• Work closely with the brigade to deliver consistent quality.
