The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in a similar role, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in the same or similar role.
• Enthusiastic and committed to guest satisfaction.
• Honest, trustworthy and reliable.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Availability to work on evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the preparation station and kitchen are set up and stocked.
• Prepare simple components of each dish on the menu by chopping vegetables and preparing sauces.
• Report to the Head Chef and follow instructions accordingly.
• Ensure food preparation and storage areas meet health and safety standards.
• Clean prep areas and manage leftovers.
• Stock inventory and supplies.
• Cook menu items with the support of the kitchen staff.

We are currently seeking a reliable, passionate Line Cooks to join our impressive BOH team. The ideal candidate will have a sincere passion for hospitality and upscale service.
