Qualifications

• Previous line cook experience in a restaurant, hotel, or similar food service environment preferred.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safe Certification is considered an asset.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure excellent guest experiences.
• Support banquet and special event food preparation as needed.

The Explorer Hotel, Yellowknife's premier full-service hotel, is seeking a motivated and dependable Full-Time Line Cook to join our culinary team. • Position: Full-Time Line Cook
• Location: Explorer Hotel, Yellowknife, NT
• Schedule: Primarily evening shifts, including weekends and holidays as required
• Reports To: Executive Chef / Sous Chef
