The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts, with at least 2 years of kitchen experience and knowledge of Italian cuisine, in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Requirements :
Education : Completion of high school is required
Experience : A minimum of 2 years of experience as a cook is required. In the event that the candidate does not have 2 years of experience then equivalent credentials, training OR cook’s trade certificate is required.
Experience and knowledge of Italian cuisine is a strong asset
Experience in high volume kitchen is a strong asset
Salary : $19.00 hourly, 30-44 Hours per week.

Important information : Flexibility in schedule is required. Position requires extended work hours, including evening, night, weekend, and holidays as needed. The candidate will work 8 to 10 hours a day within the rotational shifts that are available from 10 : 00 AM up to 1 : 00 AM.
