Salary Or Wage: $17.40 per hour

List of Requirements

• Previous experience as a Line Cook is an asset but not required; we’re willing to train the right candidate.
• Work in a fast-paced, busy restaurant environment.
• Part-time position with potential for increased hours during spring and summer.

List of Duties

• Prepare and cook daily menu items and specials according to restaurant standards.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, including fryers and grills, ensuring proper usage and cleaning.
• Assist with general kitchen duties, such as food prep, stock rotation and dishwashing as needed.
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
