You love working in the kitchen and are responsible for the preparation, set up, and execution of customer orders. You make sure that the quality and presentation standards of 3 Brasseurs are respected at every step of the preparation since you are committed to preparing impeccable dishes.

You Main Responsibilities

  • Preparation of the dishes ordered on your station in a high-volume restaurant environment;
  • Preparing and setting up the different work stations;
  • Assist the Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations;
  • Cleaning of your station and participation in kitchen cleaning activities;
  • Respect of the health and safety standards established by the Company;
  • General cleaning during downtime;
  • Assist the dishwasher when required;
  • All other related tasks requested by the Chef de Cuisine;

Skills to succeed in the role of a line cook:

Ability to work as a team

You are aware that the team is the strength of the restaurant and is a valuable asset to the work done here. You make sure to listen to the team and give feedback so that all colleagues are proud to be 3 Brewers ambassadors. You are also committed to helping your fellow line cooks and 3 Brewers peers alike.

Ability to handle stress

You can easily tolerate the stress of a kitchen. The pressure stimulates you and you are able to organize your time and tasks in a controlled manner. Your sense of priorities and urgency drive you to multi-task. You have adopted many organizational techniques that allow you to be autonomous and resourceful in your work.

Manual dexterity

You are a person who possesses motor skills as well as a certain ease in handling kitchen tools. You like to do a good job, you have a sense of thoroughness, and are a person who performs your duties with cleanliness.
