As a Line Cook/Prep Cook, your primary focuses will be:

• Presenting food while accommodating to spec and presentation
• Ensuring quality of food
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Restocking food items before peak hours
• Adhering to the Health and Safety policies and procedures outlined in the program

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in cooking and handling food is a definite asset but not essential
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Able to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
