Line Cook responsibilities include:

  • Preparing high-quality food in a timely, efficient, sanitary, and consistent manner
  • Two years full-service restaurant experience (fine dining preferred)
  • Prep and line experience required
  • High level of professionalism
  • Ability to take direction
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure

Southminster is open year-round, which requires availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications
