Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare raw ingredients and follow recipes to deliver high-quality dishes.
  • Use proper portioning techniques to maintain consistency.
  • Read tickets to ensure all orders are completed accurately and on time.
  • Keep your station clean and sanitized at all times, including floors, counters, tools, and prep surfaces.
  • Work together with your team to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  • Support the team by being adaptable to different tasks as needed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of duties, and additional tasks may be assigned as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Friendly, customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and cleanliness.
  • Previous experience in Quick Service is a plus, but not required.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods, lift and carry up to 25 lbs., and perform tasks involving reaching and bending.
