Job summary

Niagara Casinos is seeking a conscientious Limo Driver for a fixed-term contract in Ontario. The role requires clean driving history, Smart Serve, and knowledge of the Niagara Region and GTA areas. You will operate high-quality transportation, maintain vehicles, and work with Dispatch to manage run information.

The ideal candidate will have multi-language ability, strong communication skills, and a detail-oriented mindset to support a 24/7 operation. This is a on-site position at Niagara Casinos.

Qualifications

• Valid Ontario License Class F with no restrictions.
• Clean driver’s abstract from Ministry of Transportation.
• Smart Serve Certificate.
• Ability to obtain Nexus card and a Police Services Board license.
• Knowledge of the Niagara Region and surrounding areas including GTA and Buffalo.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Speaking multiple languages is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality transportation service in all weather conditions.
• Clean, inspect and maintain vehicles.
• Log and ensure vehicle serviceability prior to each trip.
• Utilize GPS devices for routing.
• Communicate run information with Dispatchers.
• Drive in high volume traffic on highways.
• Lift up to 35 lbs regularly.
• Comply with OH&S policies and legislation.
• Know activities and promotions at casino properties.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Support a 24/7 operation.

• Providing high quality transportation service in all weather conditions
• Cleaning, inspecting and maintaining vehicles
• Stocking and ensuring vehicle is serviceable prior to each trip, maintaining manual logs for internal and external services
• Utilizing GPS devices
• Working alongside Dispatchers to communicate run information
• Driving in high volume traffic on highways
• Lifting up to 35 lbs on a regular basis
• Working safely, and in compliance with OH&S policies and legislation
• Thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties
• Working independently and as one team that supports and helps one another
• Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation

The ideal candidate has:

• Valid Ontario License Class “F” without any restrictions or major infractions
• Clean driver’s abstract (obtained at Ministry of Transportation)
• Smart Serve Certificate
• The ability to obtain a Nexus card and a Police Services Board license
• Knowledge of the Niagara Region and outlying districts including the Greater Toronto Area and Buffalo
• Exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Excellent decision-making skills and strict attention to detail
• The ability to speak multiple languages an asset
