Qualifikationen

• Experience in inside sales, technical quotations, estimating, or customer/agent relations.
• Ability to interpret product specifications, project drawings, quotation requirements, and costing with numerical accuracy.

Aufgaben

• Maintain responsive communication with sales agents and customers regarding products, project requirements, quotations, pricing inquiries, and order-related questions.
• Clarify information needed to quote a project, including specifications, drawings, luminaire schedules, quantities, configuration options, bid deadlines, and delivery timing.
• Prepare accurate quotations and revisions for standard and custom lighting products using approved pricing methods and company procedures.
• Review project specifications, drawings, product codes, materials, and job-costing information; identify missing details or inconsistencies before issuing a quotation.
• Coordinate configurations, feasibility, material availability, costs, and lead times with Engineering, Production, Purchasing, QA, and Shipping.
• Escalate special pricing or terms for approval, not unapproved commitments.
• Follow up on quotations, bid status, questions, revisions, and decisions; document outcomes and next steps.
• Support transition from quotation to order, ensuring configurations, pricing, quantities, and requirements are documented for order-processing.
