Job summary

Eidos is seeking an Intermediate or Senior Lighting Artist to translate concepts into real-time visuals using Unreal Engine. You will collaborate across disciplines to deliver cinematic and environmental lighting that meets design and artistic goals.

Responsibilities include creating high-quality lighting for cinematics and environments, working closely with the Lighting Technical Director, designers, VFX and technical artists to push the visuals while respecting engine constraints.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in 3D and/or other equivalent training.
  • 3 to 5 years industry experience as a lighting artist with significant knowledge in cinematics lighting, real time and pre-rendered.
  • At least 1 published title, preferably next-generation, as a lighting artist.
  • Knowledge of lighting basics, composition, physics-based rendering (PBR);
  • Be proactive in seeking feedback and communicating with the Lighting Manager, Art Director and other relevant departments.

What you will do

What you bring
