The Role

We’re seeking a Lifecycle Manager to own and optimize the customer journey, enhancing engagement, retention, and revenue. You will develop and execute targeted, data-driven campaigns across multiple channels to nurture users from acquisition to long-term retention.

About You

  • Collaborative with influence across teams
  • Passionate about consumer products, especially subscription services
  • Comfortable in an agile, fast-paced environment
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution skills
  • Effective communicator, both written and verbal
  • Data-savvy, able to interpret and use data for decision-making

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement lifecycle marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with product, data, and creative teams
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution
  • Create personalized, automated campaigns using behavioral data
  • Test and optimize messaging and targeting
  • Define KPIs and report on campaign performance
  • 5-7 years in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing, preferably in subscription-based businesses
  • Experience with segmentation, journey mapping, and automation tools (e.g., Iterable)
  • Proficient in A / B testing and data analysis
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Self-motivated with a passion for experimentation
  • Desire to learn and grow
  • Ability to operate autonomously in a dynamic environment

Compensation & Location

Salary ranges vary by location, with specific figures provided for California, other US states, and Canada. Compensation considers experience, skills, education, and organizational needs. This role offers competitive benefits and equity options.
