Job summary

A leading aerospace and defense company in Halifax is seeking a CSH Electrical/Avionics Engineer for engineering support of CH149 Search and Rescue Helicopter systems. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, have extensive knowledge of rotary-wing aircraft systems, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in aircraft engineering or 4+ years in aircraft maintenance.
• Knowledge of airworthiness regulations and standards.
• Eligible for Canadian Controlled Goods Program and ITAR.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering and technical support to Main Operating Bases.
• Monitor health of components within assigned ATA chapter.
• Develop and implement changes to the CH149 Approved Maintenance Program.
