A leading aerospace and defense company in Halifax is seeking a CSH Electrical/Avionics Engineer for engineering support of CH149 Search and Rescue Helicopter systems. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, have extensive knowledge of rotary-wing aircraft systems, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications
2+ years experience in aircraft engineering or 4+ years in aircraft maintenance.
Knowledge of airworthiness regulations and standards.
Eligible for Canadian Controlled Goods Program and ITAR.
Responsibilities
Provide engineering and technical support to Main Operating Bases.
Monitor health of components within assigned ATA chapter.
Develop and implement changes to the CH149 Approved Maintenance Program.
