Job summary

IMP Aerospace & Defence seeks a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Technician to perform multi-level maintenance on CH-149 helicopter systems, document work in ERKS, and support on-ground and flight operations. The role requires active participation in training and potential deployment to various bases.

The candidate should have a recognized aircraft maintenance program completion and an appropriate license or equivalent military/commercial experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in helicopter maintenance.
• Proficient in inspecting and maintaining aircraft structures and systems.
• Familiarity with ERKS documentation and electronic records.

Responsibilities

• Perform first, second and third level maintenance on mechanical, structural and electrical systems.
• Complete aircraft maintenance documentation in ERKS.
• Perform aircraft release (ARA) when authorized.
• Support ramp duties including pre/post flight inspections and ground handling.
• Deploy to other bases and at remote sites as needed.
• Provide on-job-training and attend training for certification purposes.
