Key Responsibilities

  3. Work independently and manage your own schedule to meet sales goals.

  5. Mentor and support new agents, contributing to the growth of the team.

Qualifications:

  1. MUST BE CANADIAN RESIDENT (WORK PERMIT, OPEN WORK PERMIT, PERMANENT RESIDENT IN CANADA)
  2. MUST HAVE OWN EQUIPMENT LAPTOP/PC
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
  5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Additionally:

No prior industry experience required; training will be provided.
Must be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
