The opportunity…
This position reports to the Director of Regulatory Services and is responsible for promoting and verifying compliance with the requirements of the Liquor Act, Cannabis Control and Regulation Act, and associated regulations. The position reviews and processes liquor and cannabis licence applications, conducts inspections, investigations and compliance activities, prepares recommendations and reports, and provides guidance to applicants seeking liquor permits to support compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
