Dilawri Group of Companies is seeking a Service Technician for Mercedes-Benz Richmond to perform diagnostics, repairs, and scheduled maintenance in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and dealership policies. The Service Technician at Mercedes-Benz Richmond plays akey role in delivering exceptional automotive service and customersatisfaction. Reporting to the Service Manager, this position is responsiblefor performing vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance in accordance withmanufacturer guidelines, dealership policies, and warranty requirements.
The Service Technician contributes to the overall success ofthe service department by maintaining high productivity, ensuring accuratedocumentation, and supporting positive customer relationships through qualityworkmanship and timely communication.
The expectedpayfor this position is$45.00 - $54.65 per hour.
