Job description

We are looking for a licensed Property Manager immediately.
Mandarin speaking an asset.

As we are growing at a rapid pace, we are seeking a highly motivated licensed Property Manager to join our expanding skilled team of professionals on a permanent position.

The perfect candidate will be a SERVICE DRIVEN self-starter who is confident in their ability to maintain strong client relationships, as well as excel in generating a constant roster of new clients.
MUST have a current B.C. Property Manager License

Tasks

1. Demonstrate a POSITIVE CAN DO attitude
2. Cultivate an ongoing successful referral platform with clients and Real Estate Agents
3. Meet with clients who need specific attention with confidence to understand their needs
4. Sign leases on Authentisign
5. Follow up with client meetings where necessary to maintain and nurture strong client relationships
6. Effective problem solver, detail-oriented and a strong resolve to succeed
7. You are able to work well independently as well as in a team environment
8. Excellent communicator who thrives under pressure and tight deadlines
9. Must be organized, professional and excel in time management
10. Contact your clients on a minimum weekly schedule
11. Follow up on all viewings of active portfolio
12. Process applications quickly and effectively
13. Buildium experience an asset
14. Team Leader

Requirements

1. Must have a valid BC Property Managers License
2. Must have a valid BC Drivers License
3. Mandarin speaking is an asset
