About the Company

Our client, a prominent commercial real estate firm, is looking to hire a Commercial Property Manager for their Commercial Properties (Office & Industrial) in Burnaby

About the Role

Under the supervision of the Director of Property, the Commercial Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of an office and industrial investment portfolio Building Operators. This is strictly a property management role; therefore, the successful individual would not be involved in rent collections and accounting reports. However, they will be helping with budgets and tenant improvement projects.

The Offer

This position offers a competitive salary range from $90,000 to $110,000 based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits, vacation, and more.

What You Bring

To be successful in this position, a minimum of 3 years of experience managing commercial or industrial buildings is required, along with prior experience overseeing a team of up to 5 employees. You should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, along with a strong work ethic. A valid driver's license and full access to a vehicle are also required.
