Baptist Housing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Evergreen Community in White Rock, BC.

This temporary part-time overnight role (23:00–07:00) supports residents with compassionate, person-centered care and coordinates with RNs to ensure safe, holistic care.

Role requires LPN diploma, valid BCCNM registration, and overnight availability; prior long-term care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nursing Diploma is required.
• Current registration in good standing with BCCNM.
• Previous experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.
• Overnight shift availability 23:00–07:00 is required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and perform nursing procedures within LPN scope of practice.
• Monitor resident health status and report changes to the care team.
• Support development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide safe, respectful and dignified care aligned with Baptist Housing values.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation (PointClickCare, eMAR).
• Promote resident comfort, safety and wellbeing during overnight hours.

The Opportunity

About The Role

This is a temporary part-time position (0.921 FTE) working overnight shifts from 23:00 to 07:00. The end date is currently to be determined. In this role, you’ll be an integral part of the care team, supporting residents through consistent, high-quality clinical care during overnight hours. You’ll work closely with Registered Nurses and other team members to ensure safe, responsive, and holistic care.

Requirements

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly rate ranging from $32.84 – $41.35. Additional benefits may be available in accordance with the collective agreement.
