Job summary

Evergreen Community in White Rock, British Columbia, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Night Line. This temporary part-time overnight role runs 23:00 to 07:00, with end date to be determined. The incumbent supports residents with health, comfort and dignity in a faith-inspired community.

You will work closely with Registered Nurses, maintain high-quality clinical care, and document precisely in PointClickCare and eMAR while upholding Baptist Housing values.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nursing Diploma.
• Current registration in good standing with BCCNM.
• Overnight shift availability (23:00–07:00).
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and perform nursing procedures.
• Monitor resident health and report changes to the care team.
• Support the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Document accurately using PointClickCare and eMAR.
• Promote resident comfort and safety during overnight hours.
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses and the care team.
• Build positive relationships with residents and families.
