Job summary

The Heights at Mt. View in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for part-time and casual shifts. The role involves providing compassionate, resident-centered nursing care, collaborating with RNs and care teams, and maintaining accurate documentation in electronic health records.

Qualifications

• LPN diploma and active BCCNM registration are required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• Experience with long-term, complex, or assisted living care is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills are essential.

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nursing diploma with current BCCNM registration.

We offer a range of LPN opportunities at Heights at Mount View, including permanent, temporary, and casual roles. Flexible scheduling options are available, including shorter shifts, with a mix of day and evening schedules to suit your availability.

Compensation & Benefits

Under the Master Collective Agreement, you'll enjoy competitive wages, extended health and dental coverage, a municipal pension plan, vacation allowances, an employee assistance program, and professional development opportunities.Level 1 LPNs are compensated at an hourly rate of $32.84 to $41.35 according to the BCNU wage grid.
