The Heights at Mt. View in Victoria, BC is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses for part-time and casual roles. You will provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents, collaborate with RNs, administer medications, and support care plans while maintaining accurate documentation in an electronic health records system.

Formación

• LPN diploma and current BCCNM registration.
• Experience in long-term, complex or assisted living care preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (Point Click Care).

About The Role

Join our dedicated team of Licensed Practical Nurses at The Heights at Mt. View, our long-term care community in the heart of Victoria. In this role, you will:

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nursing diploma with current BCCNM registration.
• Experience in long-term, complex, or assisted living care preferred.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (e.g., Point Click Care).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills.

Available Lines

We offer a range of LPN opportunities at Heights at Mount View, including permanent, temporary, and casual roles. Flexible scheduling options are available, including shorter shifts, with a mix of day and evening schedules to suit your availability.

*There are currently various Part-time and Casual opportunities available.

Compensation & Benefits

Under the Master Collective Agreement, you'll enjoy competitive wages, extended health and dental coverage, a municipal pension plan, vacation allowances, an employee assistance program, and professional development opportunities. Level 1 LPNs are compensated at an hourly rate of $32.84 to $41.35 according to the BCNU wage grid.
