Job summary

AgeCare Dawson is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct resident care, administer medications, and document care in line with regulatory standards. You will collaborate with the Director of Care to coordinate move ins, move outs and transfers, and support accurate assessments and care plans.

Requirements include a Practical Nurse Diploma, current provincial registration, 3+ years in seniors’ health, CPR certification, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Practical Nurse Diploma required.
• Current registration in good standing in the applicable Province.
• 3+ years of experience with seniors’ health.
• Current CPR certification.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrates leadership, coaching and mentorship skills.
• Regular demonstration of AgeCare’s values of Trust, Respect, Quality and Teamwork.
